He coaches and trains individuals and teams pursuing performance growth across government and commercial organizations.
Rudy completed an ICF-Aligned ACSTH Coaching Program and is a credentialed member of the International Coaching Federation, bringing a human-centered, strengths-based approach to every engagement.
Wilmer J. Graham, CPA
Wilmer brings over 35 years of experience in executive leadership, professional development, and community impact. As a senior executive officer in the federal government, she works with key officials on intergovernmental, Congressional, and private sector matters.
Motivated by helping people achieve all they are capable of becoming, Wilmer completed an ICF-Aligned ACSTH Coaching Program and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. She coaches individuals and groups across diverse communities — with particular expertise in government leadership development and next-generation talent programs.
